Q: Do I have to know my exact group size when i book

A: When you book we always advise you to book definate’s then add additional people once they have confirmed

Q: When is the final balance due

A: The final balance is due 5 weeks before you arrive, unless otherwise stated

Q: What happens if i book then people drops out

A: If your guest drops out before your final balance is due then you only lose your deposit for that person, if they drop out after the 5 week period then the full balance will be due for the guest

Q: What time can we check in

A: The rooms are generally ready from 10 o’clock in the morning, however if you arrive and your room is not ready then we will give you a key to the room and we will move your luggage into the room once it is completed.

Q: What time is check-out

A: Check-out is between 10.30am-11am on day of departure

Q: How far away is the first pub or bar

A: The first pub is literally about a 2mins walk away from the hotels

Q: How long does it take to walk to the beach

A: To walk to the beach takes about 10-15mins

Q: Do you have car parking for my group

A: We do have car-parking facitilies but we do not guarantee spaces, however if you arrive and all the slots are taken then there is free parking down the street

Q: My group and i might be arriving by train can you advise how far away you are from the train station.

A: The train station is about a 5min walk away from us.
